So we ended up spending $50 at your dining establishment for the most horrendous dining experience of my life. She rudely stated “the other food came on time so you have to pay for that”. I then told Nicole that Justin said our meal would be complimentary. Which at this point 1 part of our order was stilling missing. Not once since the food was finally delivered did Nicole or Justin come and see if we had everything that we needed. By this point my kids are cranky and all the of adults are beyond frustrated. It was clear that Nicole had forgotten to place our order. He said it was their mistake and that he would take care of the bill for us. I spoke to Justin and stated that others around us who had arrived after us had already gotten their orders from both the kitchen and sushi bars. I then asked the hostess to send over the manager on duty. Not once did Nicole come to our table to follow up with us. By now it was close to 8 pm and we were justifiably starving. We told her we had been waiting 45 minutes and we will take any part of our order that was ready. I asked Nicole where our food was and she rudely stated “the sushi kitchen is busy”. I had ordered the children’s food (ages 7 and 2) first as they were already hungry and I did not want them to be cranky.
